Ramanbhai Patel College of Pharmacy [Constituent Institute of Charotar University of Science and Technology - CHARUSAT, Accredited with“A” grade(in first cycle) by NAAC, India] is going to organize "GUJCOST Sponsored e-Workshop for Structural Elucidation of Organic Compounds by Spectroscopic Techniques" from 19th - 21st October 2020.
The objective of the e-workshop includes;
- To define and calculate the Index of Hydrogen Deficiency.
- To understand important structural information available from IR, 1H-NMR, and mass spectra of a molecule.
- To correlate the signals and their intensities in different types of spectra of a molecule to various structural units present in it.
- To integrate the information available from different types of spectra to elucidate the structure of a molecule, and predict the spectral data for a compound from its structural formula.
The registration is open for the first 250 participants.
